About US

Wiser Academy was established in 2014, its key aim to become the training provider of choice for the UK insurance and wider financial sector. 

In an industry whereby human resources are an essential asset, training and development should be at the heart of every business. The Academy is passionate about encouraging businesses to invest in high quality learning and development support for their employees.

Wiser Academy takes pride in the fact they are from the Insurance industry, they know exactly the challenges and demands faced by insurance companies and brokers and how the right training can make a positive impact.

We offer a selection of professional and personal development training courses, delivered by highly experienced trainers, across a number of key areas tailored exclusively for the insurance industry.

The training courses can be delivered in one off workshops at Wiser Academy based in either Andover or Swindon, alternatively we can provide the training ‘in-house’ at your premises or at another suitable location of your choice.

Our face-to-face learning programmes are generally the length of a standard working day (9-5) however; we do offer a variety of different learning solutions. The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters have teamed up with Wiser Academy in an exclusive arrangement to help members gain their Cert CILA qualification.

Our highly experienced team currently develop a number of flexible, affordable and highly successful courses to support staff within the industry to achieve the CII qualifications, at both certificate and diploma level.

Based in Andover and Swindon, our Academy offers a relaxed learning environment and is equipped to deliver first class programmes. The Academy prides itself on the support and coaching it offers our delegates, constructed to give businesses and employees the tools they need to attain there learning aspirations.

KICK-START

Welcome to Kick-Start. a Co-Funded Insurance apprenticeship programme which includes the Cert CII qualification.

Please note, funding is currently available to businesses trading in England only.

Learn on-the-go without the need to travel with Digital learning.

eLearning makes learning easy. Our digital platform allows individuals to learn at a time which in convenient for you, without having to travel. Our online courses teach through professional videos which provides end of chapter quizzes to ensure understanding. Cert cii revision

Wiser Academy now offer revision sessions for major IF units which make up the Cert CII qualification.

If you have chosen to study for the CII exams yourself, this is your opportunity to ask a professional trainer any questions that you may have. This will also cover any gaps in your knowledge, and give you a higher chance of passing the exam.

• Our revision sessions are taught through our virtual classroom in 4 hour sessions.
