What Industry Qualifications Does the Academy Offer?
Right now, all our apprenticeship programmes include Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications. Recognised, respected, and valued across the industry.
Prefer a different qualification? No problem. We’re flexible and can explore adding your preferred option into the apprenticeship programme.
Our current CII qualifications include:
- Certificate in Financial Services – Life and General Route [ Level-3]
- Certificate in Investment Operations [ Level-3]
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Services [Level-4]
What’s Our Delivery Model?
Let’s be honest, some CII units can look intimidating. Even seasoned professionals might raise an eyebrow, so for someone new to the industry, they can feel like climbing a mountain in flip-flops.
That’s why our delivery model is built on one simple belief: the best way to learn is from a real human being. Sure, digital tools are fantastic, but they work best as reinforcement, not as the main act.
Here’s how we do it:
1. Weekly Live Virtual Training (3 hours)
Each week, learners join a live, trainer-led session covering CII units chapter by chapter. This structured, systematic approach builds learning into a habit and encourages discipline. Between sessions, learners use our digital tools to reinforce what they’ve learned.
2. Digital Learning Tools
The perfect supporting act to our trainers, designed to make revision easier and more engaging:
Audio Discussions – Recap each chapter through real-world scenarios in a discussion style.
GPT-Tutor – Yes, you read that right! Our custom-built GPT, available only to our learners, is like having a 24/7 out-of-hours trainer to answer your questions.
Digital Flashcards – Quick, powerful reminders of key concepts for on-the-go revision.
- Practice Mock Exams – High-difficulty tests to stretch and challenge understanding, alongside official CII mocks.
3. Full Revision & Mock Exam Days
Once all chapters are covered, we host two full-day revision sessions:
- Day 1 – Revision, Mock exam and Results analysis.
- Day 2 – Focused revision on weaker areas.
By the time learners sit their exam, they’re confident, prepared, and ready to succeed.
